WAAAAAA!!!!!
Dasat sungguh hari hari exercise lu..bukan sahaja dapat kuruskan body malah dapat jumpa kengkawan baru lagi...

SYABBAAASSS BETTY SYAABBASSS!

Wa pulak..tak banyak exercise pun minggu ni...dah hari ke4 puasa nazar. Insyaallah dapat puasa for 22 days! Perubahan.... bibir wa makin kering gara2 less water intake.
tapi yang paling best...

BUAT SIT UPS BEB!!!

walaupun perut siap shaking shaking pabila bersit-up namun...itu bukan penghalangnya beb.. tadi hampir nak give up gak sbb seriously sakit...sit ups yang hari tuh telah membuatkan perut wa kejang (nak kurus dah ni)..heheehhe kalau gelak sikt jer sakit..so takleh la tgk Mr. Bean lagi.

namun..

jeng jeng jeng... wa belum check berat badan lagi.. menurut Lu ..lu dah turun ke 92kg eyk? wahhh gara2 brisk walking tuh! bagus sahabat..bagus.

WE NEVER KNOW WHO WE MET by AJ DON

As usual this morning, wa teruskan routine harian wa iaitu menikmati keindahan alam di waktu pagi dengan BRISK WALKING .

But this morning, wa telah mengalami pengalaman yang sangat menarik untuk di share kan with each other. SHARING IS CARING AND CARING IS SHARING. ZZUP ZZUP ZZUP ! (amik mood film tamil)

FYI, wa never jogging kat tempat ni. This morning wa telah explored Lengkok Pegawai di mana terletaknya Eco Hub, Durian Valley and Doctor's Houses. These place are the quietest place on USM, remote yet peaceful

SCENE 1

Entered Lengkok Pegawai, navigate the pathway then met Sabrina. We smiled and hiing each other. Eventually end up with a short conversation about Eco Hub and Durian Valley.
Ghupe-ghupenye minah ni salah seorang pagawai kat Eco Hub of USM Ecosystem, Landscaping and Herritage.
According to Sabrina, Eco Hub takes incharge of environmental development in USM such as Recycle program, Durian Valley (DV), landscape and herritage conservation.
Dia ader habaq, kalau nak amik durian kat DV, have to ask permission dulu, tak boleh main amik jer. Cos this place is inhabitants by snakes, lizards, leeches, scorpions, rare species and also sacred spirit. HAAAA ! jangan men-men. Bahaya tau tempat ni. Diorang tak pernah jumpa lah.
But according to Sabrina, ade Bomoh buat survey kat situ, DV consist revengeful spirit!

TAK LAH !

Just roh-roh manja jer. Nak tau tak, bukan setakat Durian, Manggis pun ader. Menurut Sabrina lagi, ada banyak pihak mengusulkan supaya Durian Valley dihapuskan, cos ia telah menternak banyak binatang berbisa, but they fought and won for it. Cool kan.
Pastu dier siap ajak wa join projek kat Eco Hub lagi. Well itulah wa kata, we never know who we met kan. Dari hi! hi!, terus jadi kawan.


SCENE 2

After DV, wa explore lagi Lengkok Pegawai. Then wa reach Doctor's Houses. It's guild memang menyeramkan. Almaklumlah, rumah zaman British. Berusia lebih dari setengah abad lamanyer. Walaupun sudah dicat banyak kali, tetap menyeramkan.
I never thought that these houses are occupied by human. Lazimnya tempat-tempat cam ni hanya hantu jer yang duduk.

BUT

SUDDENLY...

I saw one good looking guy, tengah mengutip buah-buah kuini yang bertaburan di atas jalan raya. Tersyentap jantung wa sekejap.
Fuiyoo memang hensem mamat (kataku dalam hati)
Imagine this. He is around 6 f 8', 65lb, fair, broad shoulder, tough, nice trimmed goatee, dreamy eyes and he has long fingers. Man of my dream.

OMG !

For a moment I thought my dream come true.
Then ader seorang budak seusia AMANI pun tolong mengutip buah-buah kuini yang gugur.

And me said

" Wow ! lots of fruits".

Sambil tersenyum dan menjawab

" Ya, this is kuini, want to try it out ?".

Man! his voices like an angle from Eden. Took my breath away. Beb handsome gilerr beb. Sumpah wa tak tipu. Kali ni mata wa memang kata dia handsome. Kehenseman dier standard Johnny Depp beb .

"Aiman tolong papa kutip buah-buah ni"

Wait a minute ! Papa ? Married ? Yes married .

Hancur berkecai mimpi wa. Nasib badan. Kalau solo mesti wa dah masuk jarum punyer lah.
Then kami pun berborak-borak la. Baru aku tau, diorang stay at the doctor's house tu. Rumah diorang tu berusia 73 tahun. Build since 1936. That guy adalah seorang lecturer di Pusat Pengajian Farmasi and wife dia pulak doktor kat klinik kesihatan USM atau Pusat Sejahtera.
Gues what! doktor tu pernah merawat wa sebanyak 3 kali ketika wa berada di universiti tercinta ini selama 4 tahun.

What a small world kan

After that diorang siap bekalkan wa buah-buah kuini tu tadi. That lecturer tu siap pesan lagi yang buah tu kat luar nampak cantik but kat dalam mungkin busuk. JUJUR. Wa suka dengan kejujuran. Heheheh

Selepas berbalas salam, wa pun blah la dari situ. Berfikir sejenak.

We never know who we met
Stranger can be friend
Close friend can be silent enemy
Enemy can be bestfriend
Bestfriend can be family
Family can be stranger


Funny kan ! .

Moral of the story, aku cuma nak cakap, sambil kiter execise tu, rajin-rajinkan mulut untuk bertegur sapa dengan orang-orang dijalanan. Hi ker, salam ker, good morning ker, good evening ker, good afternoon ker ( ader ker orang jogging tengah hari buta )
And don't forget about flora and fauna di sekeliling kiter. Touch 'em, smell 'em, talk to 'em.
Do what ever you want except harm 'em

I believe in this , once you do deed, it'll pay forward.

Cik nawal ader kebun E.A.E.I.O by AJ Don

Wow, Cik Nawal selepas membaca post anda, saya menjadi amat teruja untuk membalasnyer.

Well this morning I manage to cover 1/2 of USM area by brisk walking. Then berlari-lari manja gitu kat padang USM satu round. At the same time, mata ini dapat melihat mamat-mamat hensem yang lalu lalang.

Talking about losing weight, FYI my waist size already down to size 36 cm from 46 cm. AWESOME! Wa sungguh tak sangka beb, pinggang ku mengecil sebanyak 10 cm dalam masa 2 bulan ini. Reasonable la tuh. Giler aper nak turun banyak

Beb wa tak leh nak buat sit up, cos wa akan nausea. Wa don't know why beb. Perhaps cara wa tak betul kot. So wa akan cuba cara lain untuk kempiskan prott wa yang syeksyi ni.

Wa dah start puasa ganti bermula ari ini. 3 months in a row. Wa pun cam lu gak, hutang tetap hutang, kalau tak pay, something bad will be happened on me. God knows better.

Well tak der paper nak tulis lagi, time is money man. Wa nak gi jogging lagi ni. Bye. Kiter jumpa di Jakarta okay.

Antara Penang dan Sinagpore , Jakarta penentunyer. YEAH !

AZAM UNTUK NAMPAK SLIM AND SLAMM!! by Nawal Shahril

YES AJ!! GOOD JOB! DEfinitely lu dah slim sket dari hari-hari yang semalam.. tapi persoalannya... boleh tahan ke tuh???

ya correct!! BRISK WALKING is a must do exercise for all those who wish to shed off few kilos! Manageable, free and somehow entertaining (with an iPod of course) Brisk walking is one of the safest method to lose weight.

As for me, I played football on Labor day! at least adalah peningkatan dari duk makan tidoq je kan?? On top of that, i swam too! ..well..not that much but again..menurut pak Confucius, A journey of a thousand miles begin with a single step! and i definitely had done my steps (excruciating ones!!)

Beb, lu tak cakap pun goals lu apa.. Macam wa..wa nak turun at least 4.1kg bulan ni..so dari 67.1kg ------> ke 63kg! woohooo.. penting beb! Wa pun dah obesity dah ni. takut lutut sakit kalau gemuk sangat. seriously!

Sekarang ni..apa yang penting kita look good utk Wedding Una nanti.. mana tahu lu akan jumpa jodoh lu di Indonesia ker?? tak gitu beb?

Sekarang, wa tak leh nak vigorous sangat sebab wa puasa nazar utk 22 hari. Hutang tetap hutang..selagi wa tak bayar nazar ni bad things will happen to me. Only god knows. and so..wa akan teruskan dgn sit ups sebanyak 20 rep sebelah pagi dan 20 rep sebelah malam. Justeru itu, wa akan kurangkan pemakanan berlemak tepu. itu sahaja utk wa bagi bulan ini.

So beb..ada berani postkan gambar lu sekarang?? kita compare.. before and after. amacam???

WEEKEND YANG PANJANG by AJ DON

Wow ! what a long weekend i've been through last week. Memang best giler. And the battle of losing weight is started on 1st MAY 2009. The night before it began, i spoke with Nawal for almost 2 1/2 hour. We were talking 'bout how to make this blog look approachable, interesting, BUCAU, beneficial and bla bla bla.

Hmm...just wait and see, what will we do with this arena after this . Jeng jeng jeng

Okay, I suppose to report myself this week with all the activities that i've been done for past three days ago. Here we go .

1 May 2009 :

I swam 20 laps back to back at 25 meter lenght swimming pool at my house. I manage to get Andy and YK to join me after that. Cool, they listened to my preach hahaha. Lunch kat Pecal Lele. I had a late and big dinner today. Bakso, satays, hot dog and bread, and some fattening food. Habisla diet aku. memang tak leyh nak tolak rezeki depan mata. Kite kena terima dengan hati and tangan terbukalah. Rezeki jangan ditolak, musuh jangan dicari. Fuhh ayat nak sedapkan hati tu.

2 May 2009 :

I went shopping at Queensbay Mall, bought my exercise equipment, I couldn't remember what does it call, but it is looks like a rubber shawl/wrap which I can do many type of strecthing with that magic rubber stuff or whatever... I satisfied my stomach with Dried Chilie Chicken Rice. Sedap siolllll. Then Tako Tao. Sedap jugak siolllll. Hey bila lah nak kurus cenggini. My frens and I then went to watch Coming Soon, a superbly horror flick from Thailand. I was wondering, why la aku tengok citer ni? memang eery gilerrrr. YK siap jerit-jerit lagi. Andy lak terpaksa tutup mulut dier. Siva lak tried to scared shit out of my pant. DiThing, tak tau depa buat aper. Buat wayang dorang sendiri kot.
When we were reaching home, Adi kater tak makan lagi. So aku pun temankanlah dier makan kat Pecal Lele. Aku order Pecal Ayam, mamat tu lak Pecal Lele. Makan lagi. Baru pukul 5 dah makan nasi lagi. Crazyy la you AJ. When are gonna start to get rid of that ? Aj Aj Aj
Yo what happen weyh, where's you zest to lose wait ?
Spaghetti awaits me at dinner.YK masak. Syedappp sangat. Ayoyo what's wrong with me la ?
It's okay, monday start goal baru okay.

3rd MAy 2009 :

Today tak buat ape-ape . Tidur, layan blues, layan tamil, makan, tidur . Same routine for past 13 hours. Oh no ! Not again. Nawal jangan marah kay. I promise, my life will be changed tomorrow "Thumb, middle and pinky promise".
Later that night I went shopping once again, kat mana lagi dekat Queensbay Mall la dekat di hati. I grab a lot of things and bought all of them. But still miss one/two things need to buy. Later la kot

TIPS !

Window shooping is a good exercise . By window shopping you can burn a lot of calories ( don't know the exact number) and best therapy for woman. Do take stairs rather than lift or elevator to reach up next floor. You can tone your thighs, legs and booties at the same times. Be reasonable, jgn la nak pergi tinggat lima pun naik tangga dari G floor. Itu nak mati namanyer hahahaha

Well that was all I did last week.

Today - 4th May 2009

I start my life with a new azam. Cewah. Just do it ! Nike tagline. My motivation. I woke up at 6am, took a shower ( bloody hell in heaven, the water was so icy) . Solat Subuh then prepared myself to go to work. This morning I did brisk walking like usual but in the rain. So cool man. Mengancam habis. Cam Hindustan lah plak. kuche kuche hota hai ! ladki bade anjani hai, sapna sache hai.... hoi ! ape ni, Aj get back to earth !
Sampai office, relax for twenty minutes, check out my mail and facebook, then change to proper attire. Proper la sangat - Jeans and T-shirt.
Ready to work. Suddenly I felt so healthy. Wow ! Imagine I just do brisk walking for 30 minutes only and it manage to gather myself in a good different way. ABRUPTLY!. I like it. Yeah ! Aj, remember Just do it !

So everyone out there, are you ready for a BIG change ? BIG change comes with a small step.

Healthy way ? How ?

Let me explain. We wanna lose our weight since our BMI reader already point to obesity meter . Wow, since when ya ? Hmm ... . We were enjoying pizza, lasagna, pecal lele, carbonat drinks and all fattening stuff past 5 years ago. We keep stufing those fats and carbs and make ourselves bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger . POLAR BEAR

Hmm... We have to change our life style. The way we eat, think, exercise, communicate etc.
Currently my weight is 95 kg meanwhile Nawal is unsatisfied with her 63 kg. Both of us not happy with that numbers.

No more sighs. Change Change Change and Change
