AZAM UNTUK NAMPAK SLIM AND SLAMM!! by Nawal Shahril

YES AJ!! GOOD JOB! DEfinitely lu dah slim sket dari hari-hari yang semalam.. tapi persoalannya... boleh tahan ke tuh???

ya correct!! BRISK WALKING is a must do exercise for all those who wish to shed off few kilos! Manageable, free and somehow entertaining (with an iPod of course) Brisk walking is one of the safest method to lose weight.

As for me, I played football on Labor day! at least adalah peningkatan dari duk makan tidoq je kan?? On top of that, i swam too! ..well..not that much but again..menurut pak Confucius, A journey of a thousand miles begin with a single step! and i definitely had done my steps (excruciating ones!!)

Beb, lu tak cakap pun goals lu apa.. Macam wa..wa nak turun at least 4.1kg bulan ni..so dari 67.1kg ------> ke 63kg! woohooo.. penting beb! Wa pun dah obesity dah ni. takut lutut sakit kalau gemuk sangat. seriously!

Sekarang ni..apa yang penting kita look good utk Wedding Una nanti.. mana tahu lu akan jumpa jodoh lu di Indonesia ker?? tak gitu beb?

Sekarang, wa tak leh nak vigorous sangat sebab wa puasa nazar utk 22 hari. Hutang tetap hutang..selagi wa tak bayar nazar ni bad things will happen to me. Only god knows. and so..wa akan teruskan dgn sit ups sebanyak 20 rep sebelah pagi dan 20 rep sebelah malam. Justeru itu, wa akan kurangkan pemakanan berlemak tepu. itu sahaja utk wa bagi bulan ini.

So beb..ada berani postkan gambar lu sekarang?? kita compare.. before and after. amacam???
